Our reality is our thoughts. Thoughts can shape our lives and have a dramatic effect on how happy we are. And that is why, this season of beginnings we’d like to remind our readers of the effect of positive thinking, a way forward towards new beginnings!

Don’t you think it is the perfect time to start practising positivity in abundance? We hear you, life may surprise you with unprecedented problems. But together and positivity is the only way to beat it. This season of new beginnings welcome new opportunities. Give that hobby you dropped another chance. Finish that painting you began. Try to have a fresh take on old interests.

It is important to be consistent and patient to achieve this, so consider meditation, art, and other outlets to keep yourself calm throughout the journey of growth, positivity and self-love.

When you surround yourself with sweets, this festive season, don’t forget to pass on sweet words of encouragement. Often, we forget to remind our friends & kin that we can be a trusted source of good energy. Remind them, remind yourself and celebrate the festivities safely with your loved ones.
